Cody was born in North Dakota and raised in Nebraska followed by graduating from the Art Institute of Portland with a degree in Fine Art. Starting while still in college Cody has a combined 14 years of experience in high end furnishing and design as well as real estate. Most notably working with investors on various furniture projects for the staging of investment properties around Los Angeles.

The sale of a home is not just the transfer of property but the transfer of a lifes work and dreams. Having moved several times himself, he understands the stresses and trials that can come with it as well as how to manage them.
